ขอต้อนรับสู่ LILUNA — แอปพลิเคชันสำหรับการเดินทางร่วมกัน (Carpool / Ride-sharing) ที่ดูแลโดยบริษัท ลิลูน่า เทค จำกัด (“บริษัท”, “เรา”, หรือ “ของเรา”)

โปรดอ่านเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงฉบับนี้อย่างละเอียดก่อนใช้บริการของเรา หากคุณไม่ยอมรับเงื่อนไขใด ๆ กรุณางดใช้บริการของ LILUNA

1. การยอมรับเงื่อนไข

การเข้าใช้แอปพลิเคชัน LILUNA ถือว่าผู้ใช้งาน (“คุณ”, “ผู้ใช้”) ได้ยอมรับเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงนี้อย่างสมบูรณ์แล้ว

2. การลงทะเบียนใช้งาน

• ผู้ใช้ต้องมีอายุไม่ต่ำกว่า 18 ปี
• ข้อมูลที่ให้ต้องเป็นความจริง และเป็นปัจจุบัน
• ห้ามปลอมแปลงตัวตน หรือใช้บัญชีของบุคคลอื่น

3. การใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน

• ผู้ขับขี่และผู้โดยสารต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎจราจรและความปลอดภัยอย่างเคร่งครัด
• ห้ามใช้แอปฯ เพื่อกระทำการใด ๆ ที่ผิดกฎหมายหรือผิดศีลธรรม
• บริษัทไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการกระทำที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างผู้ใช้ด้วยกัน เช่น อุบัติเหตุ หรือข้อขัดแย้งส่วนบุคคล

4. ค่าธรรมเนียมและการชำระเงิน

• แอปพลิเคชัน LILUNA ไม่มีการเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมหรือค่าบริการใด ๆ จากผู้ใช้งาน
• ค่าบริการที่เกิดขึ้นเป็นข้อตกลงระหว่างผู้ขับขี่และผู้โดยสาร โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายต้องตกลงกันด้วยตนเองก่อนเริ่มการเดินทาง
• บริษัทไม่เข้ามาเกี่ยวข้องกับการรับชำระเงิน หรือการเจรจาราคาค่าโดยสารใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น

5. สิทธิ์ในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

• แอปพลิเคชัน LILUNA และเนื้อหาทั้งหมดอยู่ภายใต้ลิขสิทธิ์ของบริษัท ลิลูน่า เทค จำกัด
• ห้ามคัดลอก ดัดแปลง หรือใช้งานเพื่อการค้าโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร

6. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

• บริษัทไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายโดยตรงหรือโดยอ้อมที่เกิดจากการใช้แอปฯ
• บริษัทไม่สามารถรับประกันความปลอดภัยในการเดินทางได้อย่างสมบูรณ์

7. การระงับบัญชี

• บริษัทสามารถระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีผู้ใช้หากพบว่ามีการละเมิดเงื่อนไขหรือมีพฤติกรรมไม่เหมาะสม

8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อตกลง

บริษัทสามารถปรับปรุงหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขนี้ได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า การใช้งานแอปต่อหลังจากการเปลี่ยนแปลง ถือว่าผู้ใช้ยอมรับข้อตกลงใหม่แล้ว

Welcome to LILUNA — the carpool/ride-sharing application managed by LILUNA TECH CO., LTD. (“Company”, “we”, or “our”).

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our service. If you do not accept any of these terms, please refrain from using LILUNA.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the LILUNA application, the user (“you”, “user”) fully accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Registration

• Users must be at least 18 years old.
• Provided information must be true and current.
• Impersonation or using another person's account is prohibited.

3. Application Usage

• Drivers and passengers must strictly adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• The app must not be used for any illegal or immoral activities.
• The Company is not responsible for actions between users, such as accidents or personal disputes.

4. Fees and Payment

• The LILUNA application does not collect any fees or service charges from users.
• Any service costs incurred are an agreement between the driver and passenger, who must agree on the terms themselves before starting the trip.
• The Company is not involved in receiving payments or negotiating fares whatsoever.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• The LILUNA application and all its content are copyrighted by LILUNA TECH CO., LTD.
• Copying, modifying, or using for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the app.
• The Company cannot fully guarantee travel safety.

7. Account Suspension

• The Company may suspend or terminate a user account if a violation of terms or inappropriate behavior is detected.

8. Changes to Agreement

The Company may update or change these terms without prior notice. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new agreement.
